1. Service Description

This website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") is operated by ReelQuest Gear (operating entity: Weihai, Shandong XX Trading Firm, hereinafter referred to as "we"). We focus on cross-border retail of fishing gear and outdoor fishing supplies. We only act as a product sales platform, and all products are brand-new genuine goods purchased through formal channels, with no self-owned manufacturing factory. By purchasing products through the Site, you agree to be bound by all terms herein.

2. User Account and Security

You must provide true and accurate personal information to complete registration/ordering. You shall bear sole responsibility for delivery failures, delayed refunds and other issues caused by incorrect information.

You must keep your account password secure. All operations under your account will be deemed as your own actions, and we shall not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access.

3. Product Information and Pricing

Product images and specifications on the Site are for reference only. Minor color differences due to shooting lighting and equipment are not considered quality defects, provided they do not affect the actual use of the product.

Product prices are based on the listed price at the time of order submission, excluding destination customs duties, value-added tax and cross-border logistics surcharges (e.g., remote area delivery fees), which shall be borne solely by you.

We reserve the right to modify product prices and inventory. Orders submitted before the modification will not be affected.

4. Orders and Payments

After order submission, we will complete inventory verification and payment confirmation within 1-3 business days. If inventory is insufficient, we will issue a full refund and notify you.

Supported payment methods include international credit cards, PayPal and other cross-border payment channels. Transaction fees incurred during payment shall be borne by you.

Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled for non-quality issues. For special cancellation requests, you will be required to bear a cross-border transaction fee of 5% of the order amount.

5. Logistics and Delivery

We will arrange shipment according to the logistics method you choose (e.g., postal parcel, commercial express). The estimated delivery time is subject to the official description of the logistics channel. We shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure such as the COVID-19 pandemic, customs inspection, etc.

The delivery address must be filled in complete English/local language. If the package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, the cost of redelivery shall be borne by you.

Please inspect the package upon receipt. If there is damage or missing items, you must contact customer service and provide proof within 24 hours of receipt; no claims will be accepted after the deadline.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

Quality-related Returns/Exchanges: If the product has quality defects (e.g., broken rod, missing accessories), you may apply for return/exchange within 30 days of receipt. We will bear the round-trip shipping cost and issue a full refund/replacement.

Non-quality-related Returns/Exchanges: For personal reasons (e.g., unsuitable size, disliked style), the product must be in brand-new unused condition with intact packaging. Round-trip shipping costs shall be borne by you, and a 10% deduction of the order amount will be applied to cover cross-border logistics and customs clearance costs.

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged by human factors, missing accessories/tags, exceeding the return/exchange period, or customized/special items.

7. Intellectual Property and User Conduct

All content on the Site, including text, images and videos, is protected by copyright. Without our written permission, you may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes.

You may not use the Site for illegal transactions, malicious order brushing, publishing false reviews or other improper behaviors. Otherwise, we reserve the right to suspend your account and pursue legal liability.

8. Disclaimer

We shall not be liable for usage failures caused by the inherent characteristics of the product (e.g., normal wear and tear of carbon fiber rods, natural aging of fishing lines).

We shall only be obligated to issue a refund and shall not be liable for additional compensation if the order cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, changes in customs policies, logistics suspension).

We do not assume any guarantee or liability for content on third-party websites linked from the Site.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent people's court in Weihai, Shandong (our location).

Cross-border order disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modified Terms will be published on the Site. Your continued use of the Site services after publication constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
